R G M New Q Series Control

Richard Grant Mouldings recently commissioned Fastform Services to put new life back into their old Shelley machine. Failing relay circuits and inaccurate timer functions had lead to increased running costs and a high quantity of wastage material.

"The new control system has given us back the reliability and accuracy we require, with the added bonus of recipe handling and fully automated control. The heaters are now digitally controlled and fault monitored through the HMI. Material wastage has never been lower"

Mounting the new air cooled enclosure direct gives us shorter loom lengths and less connections. This also removes the large free standing original cabinet freeing up workshop space.
