FastForm upgrade utilizes the latest Mitsubishi Q series control with a second generation heater control system. The superior speed allow us to record, monitor and control up to 1000 individule element zones so can be fitted to the very largest Thermoformers. The system controls and monitors all aspects of the machine and indicates faults in real time to limit material wastage. The system can be connected via WIFI for real-time production monitoring.
